IT companies put to the loyalty test

A recent report identifies Cisco, IBM, Microsoft and SAP as companies with some of the most loyal customers in IT. The results show a correlation between loyalty and the bottom line, according to the authors.

IBM lands early grid adopters

I have two PS files and i want to check the contents of one file with another whether the record is exist or not.based on this i want to move the existing data to one more file,otherwise i'll insert in to the same file.this is my daily job so i want to automate this one using JCL and sort utilities.is it possible?

Ask Jeeves if he's had Botox

When aging celebrities want to look younger, a little shot of Botox can do the trick. When it was time to take a few years off Jeeves of the Ask Jeeves Web site, designers simply drew up a younger looking servant for the home page -- much less painful without any of the "He's had Botox!" sneers. Oddly enough, Jeeves' "surgeons" took away some of his hair as well. The younger, balder butler is part of a "modernization" of the site.
