Often, it is the little things about a company that makes it a good place to work. For example, my employer offers free coffee. It's not just free coffee. It's free, good coffee.
As a committed coffee addict, such a benefit is really nice. It's nice to know a freshly brewed pot is always there when I need a jolt of joe when on deadline. My company also offers a wide variety of free soft drinks for non-java junkies.
My company offers a bunch of other great benefits but I truly do appreciate the free coffee. I really do.
What are the cool or quirky benefits your company offers? What little things about your company makes it a great place to work? Do you get free breakfast? Does your employer pay for training? Does your CEO know your name and always greets you with a smile?
Click here to tell me about your favorite benefit at your company or at another job you had.
