The litigation, which was ongoing as e-business middleware vendor ROI bought UniComp a few weeks ago, was settled just as ROI had hoped it would be, before the UniComp acquisition closed. One University of Virginia professor actually had, and decided to act on rumors about his students filing plagiarized papers.
