"Tech words redefine Oxford dictionary"
Word to your lexicon! More words whelped from the womb of
technology have penetrated the pages of the "Concise Oxford
Dictionary." The latest version not only includes "MP3,"
"e-book," and "digital divide," but it even defines those text
abbreviations you're forced to use to save space on a tiny screen.
"RUOK," "OIC," "KWIM" (know what I mean?) and "BCNU"
are all collected and defined in an appendix, along with a
stash of emoticons. :)
