E-MAIL DISTRIBUTION FRUSTRATION | Tip: search400

With e-office becoming more a reality and iSeries offering flexible
tools to achieve it, this tip will be of great use. If e-mail
distribution sent from iSeries 400 arrives at the destination as
different packets, then the best solution is to set the server
attributes correctly. If you follow this tip, the next time you
send e-mail from the iSeries, you should see your message being
delivered as one, instead of several.

THE MISSING LINK | MGM trials film downloads

Goodbye drive-in, hello download. The mouse is making the MGM lion
roar in cyberspace. MGM Home Entertainment and Internet film
distributor CinemaNow are making movie downloads available for a
short test period. The company wants to know if folks are keen on
renting their flicks via their computers. The two companies are
making two movies available for this "pay-per-click" pilot program:
"What's the Worst That Could Happen?" and "The Man In The Iron
Mask." It costs about the same as renting a video -- from $1.99 to
$5.99. No, you can't copy them, and there's a 24-hour viewing
limit. If you don't have broadband and 550Mbps of drive space, you
may just want to head to Blockbuster instead.
