MAKE A SUBFILE PAGE "STICK" | Tip: Search400

If you select a record from a subfile with multiple pages, make
your change and then return back to your subfile, the subfile will
usually reload from record one to the end, making you page down to
the record you had changed. To bring you back to the page you were
on, user Denise Chan-Henry provides a sample code to help you
display your file and program.

CHANGE THE INCREMENT VALUE | Advice: Search400

Dear Ask the Expert,
I have looked at most of the file reorganizations on this site that
drop delete records. What I am interested in is something that will
take the number of actual records, compare it to the current number
of records, match it against the total record capacity in the file,
and change the sizing. DB2/400 and DB2 UDB expert Pascal Jacquemain
offers some advice.

THE MISSING LINK | Geeks make hash of high-tech iBong

Two dudes deep in the heart of Texas are high on their Mac. So
what, you say, gaggles of geeks are high on their Macs. These guys
are guaranteed higher. In fact, they're high FROM their Mac.
They've turned it into a bong! That's stonerspeak for a water pipe
used to smoke marijuana. (Rent a Cheech and Chong movie if you'd
like to learn more.) How did they do it? It took some installation
and lots of inhalation. The guys added a large tube to the back of
an all-in-one Mac SE30, a bowl to the front, and the water bong
behind the screen. They call their smokin' little gadget the
"iBong" -- it's the only Mac that'll give you the munchies. They
say they got the idea from the MacQuarium Macintosh modification,
which turns an all-in-one Mac into a fish tank.
