In fact, HP is rumored to be looking for someone to take the Bluestone apps off its hands. The HP/Bluestone NetAction Web application server is one of three to run on the iSeries. Before the upgrade to V5R1, data was received in the order in which it was written to PF (FIFO). After the upgrade, the retrieval order changed to LIFO. Even though I can avoid this by specifying ORDER BY, what could be the reason for this? >> Click here to read the complete expert Q&A... http://search400.techtarget.com/ateQuestionNResponse/0,289625,sid3_cid475156_tax285216,00.html =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- TRIGGER FOR STARTING UP QSYSWRK | Forum advice: Search400 One user writes, "I would like to find out exactly what starts up or is the trigger for starting up QSYSWRK. IBM recommends that TCP/IP be started by the CHGIPLA option, instead of the startup program. The QTCP job runs in QSYSWRK, which is not part of the startup program. Does it get started by QSYSARB4? If so, what is the trigger? Is there a table that QSYSARB4 references to start up certain subsystems?" >> Click here to respond to this post... http://search400.discussions.techtarget.com/WebX?[EMAIL PROTECTED]^[email protected]/2004 ______________________________________________________________ ************** SPONSORED BY ALDON COMPUTER GROUP ************* Free White Paper! Enter "more than Google" into the Google search box and AlltheWeb may be the one match. That's because Google may have met its match. This little search engine that could says it chugs through 2.1 billion pages, whereas Google searches 2.07 billion. Fast Search & Transfer runs AlltheWeb, which has a large cult following among researchers who need particularly elusive or esoteric results. AlltheWeb doesn't quite have AlltheGlory just yet. Google is still the busiest search engine going, and it may be the most genteel and decorous to boot. The company's refreshingly modest and sporting rejoinder to the AlltheWeb announcement was that it hopes its competitor's achievement "raises the awareness of search's importance in our everyday lives."
