What courses should I take to get up to speed with WebSphere? One user writes, "My first 10 years were on mainframes using COBOL. For the last 10 years I have been on the iSeries with COBOL and RPG. I see where things are headed and having those orders processed on the iSeries. I don't believe just knowing COBOL and RPG is going to be enough the way the iSeries is headed. What computer language courses should I look at taking so I can get up to speed with WebSphere? Do I need to know Unix, Java or VRPG?"
