Today's Featured Tip
==============================================================

Let e-RPG do the talking

With the advent of new handheld devices and enhanced
wireless technology every day, the need to be able to
communicate with clients other than Web browsers is
becoming more important, especially when users are on the
run and away from the office.

The good news is that as an RPG programmer, you already
have all the tools you need in the form of e-RPG, or
writing CGI programs using RPG. And if you're already
familiar with writing e-RPG programs to communicate with
Web browsers, then communicating with handheld devices is
as simple as changing the markup language that is used to
produce output.

In this tip Bradley V. Stone introduces you to the two
wireless standards commonly used today -- HDML and WML --
and shows you how to get started using HDML.

how to go about it. He turned to the Search400.com WebSphere & Web
