There's no shortage of CEOs who can't even switch on a laptop, much less understand your job. One woman in New York has started tutoring hard-core Luddites, teaching them such mundane tasks as how to sign on to a computer, open an e-mail attachment and send e-mails. It just isn't cool to be clueless when it comes to computers anymore. Some execs view this ineptitude as a weakness and keep their tutoring sessions on the QT.
