According to a U.N. study, northern European countries have the best access to the Internet and digital technologies, but Hong Kong, South Korea and Singapore are plugging away at Scandinavian supremacy. South Korea now leads the globe in broadband access and ranks as the fourth most-connected nation. It beat Norway -- and that's saying a lot.
