Anyway, some lawmakers in Georgia want to put the state lottery online. So instead of stopping somewhere to buy a ticket and scratching it up, you could log on to a Web site and charge a ticket to your plastic. If the idea survives the considerable legal hurdles, it would be the first e-lottery in the nation.
