VENDOR WEBCAST
Secure Console Management Solutions for the Midrange Market
WHEN: TODAY! November 30, 2004, 2 PM EST (1900 GMT)
SPEAKER: Daniel Cody, Vice President, Visara International
SPONSOR :   Visara International

ABOUT THE WEBCAST:
Are you plagued by too many Twinax consoles? Do your console KVM switches remind you of a sinister "pyramid scheme?" Do you have to leave your office, go to the computer room, and then go down the line of consoles until you find the one with the problem? Are you the one they call in the middle of the night with a problem, and you wish you could just reach that console from home? Need to add another LPAR, but just don't have the room for another Twinax display?

The typical midrange (IBM AS400 and iSeries) operation is overwhelmed by consoles, has an ever-expanding IT footprint and no remote management. Many of these scenarios are costly, inconvenient, and space-consuming. Console consolidation and remote management have become necessities for most midrange organizations, but have remained largely unattainable solutions, until the release of Visara's new midrange console solution, the Visara ICON.

View this webcast to learn about the following key topics:

  • Secure Remote Management Of All Your Midrange Servers
  • Console Consolidation - Up To 20 Per ICON
