The sports network's EXPN Web site published a photo of Knievel in 2001 with his arms around his wife and a second young woman with the caption "You're never too old to be a pimp." Feeling defamed over "pimp" or "old," Knievel sued, but an appeals court ruled that the suit will not go forward.
