Re: [asterisk-users] Parked Calls Problem

2009-05-15 Thread jonas kellens
I have changed the features.conf file, yes.

And I put this in my extensions.conf :

include = parkedcalls

Is it better to put exten = 90,1,park() into my dialplan ?

Greetingz,
Jonas.

Try without first. If no joy, insert and reload dialplan.

[asterisk-users] Parked Calls Problem

2009-05-14 Thread Brent Vrieze
openSuse 11
Asterisk 1.4.23.1
Asterisk GUI 2.0

When parking a call it does not tell me what extension it parked the
call on.

I think I read something in the mail list that mentioned a problem with
call parking and one of the Asterisk 1.4s.

Is 1.4.23.1 one of those version having issues?

Thanks

I have some Grandstreams and a couple of Uniden phones. The Grandstream
TRNF button does an un-attended transfer and does not get the
announcement. The Uniden does an attended transfer and gets the
announcement.

This is on 1.4.13

Is it parking and not announcing or just not parking? The app won't tell
you the parking lot on a blind-transfer.

Re: [asterisk-users] Parked Calls Problem

2009-05-14 Thread jonas kellens
I have the same problem with Asterisk 1.4.24 and a Grandstream GXP2020
SIP-phone.
I want to park a call by pressing the 'TRANSFER' and then 90. My parking
lots are from 91 till 95.
The call is parked at extension 91, but the parking lot '91' is not
announced by Asterisk...

I have tried to park the call by pressing # (to transfer) and then the
number 90, so #90 to be complete. But this does not work...

Jonas.
