Bug#495632: gnome: I can't get rhythmbox to not open when plugging in my MP3 player
Version: 1:2.28+6 Are you using Nautilus 2.22? In that case mounting and launching of Rhythmbox needs to be disabled from the File Management preferences, it pretty much supercede the functionality of gnome-volume-manager. Ah, yes indeed. How utterly confusing though, keeping the well-known configuration options in the old place that now do (seemingly) nothing, while a new set of configuration options, in the file browser of all places, is added. Hopefully this is ironed out in future releases of Gnome... It is. Since version 1:2.28+6 the gnome meta-package no more installs gnome-volume-manager next to nautilus. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
