Hi,

the check for Lintian error missing-notice-file-for-apache-license
does not take into consideration that the NOTICE or NOTICE.txt file is
already installed into the binary package via some jar file. Please do
not warn in this case because the conditions of the Apache license 2.0
are then satisfied. An example package where this is true is
libcommons-math-java.
