The system boots well if I pass "noapic" kernel option. The same problem happens with linux-image-2.6.32-trunk-amd64. The linux-image-2.6.26 has no such problem. Ubuntu's linux-image-2.6.31 works well too. I've installed Debian Lenny 5.04 then made dist-upgrade to Squeeze.
