[O] Bug: org-feed-update-all stops on first error [9.0.9 (9.0.9-dist @ /usr/share/emacs/25.2/site-lisp/elpa/org-9.0.9/)]

2018-02-02 Thread Adrian Tritschler

Remember to cover the basics, that is, what you expected to happen and
what in fact did happen. You don't know how to make a good report? See

 http://orgmode.org/manual/Feedback.html#Feedback

Your bug report will be posted to the Org mailing list.

Using org-feed-update-all to read RSS feeds into org-mode, it will stop
with an error on the first problem encountered. eg, if I have twenty
RSS feeds and for some reason the second site is down, or certificate
has expired, only the first one is updated and the remaining feeds are
not attempted. There appears to be no way to have org-feed-update-all
make an attempt on all feeds in org-feed-alist

Emacs : GNU Emacs 25.2.2 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.22.21)
 of 2017-09-23, modified by Debian
Package: Org mode version 9.0.9 (9.0.9-dist @
/usr/share/emacs/25.2/site-lisp/elpa/org-9.0.9/)

Aha, and so it does.

I thought I'd tried that prior to my posting, I know I tried a few
variations, must have made some mistake along the way.

Many thanks.

The same thing has just happened to me. I've been using org-mode for
years, org-mobile on my iPhone for a couple of years (I suspect) and on
an Android tablet for about a year. I went away on holiday a week ago
and had no net access, when I came back I tried to synch. the iPhone app
and I get the same error.

Dropbox integration from other iPhone apps still works fine, as does
browsing via safari.

Happens on my phone running iOS 6.0.1 and 6.1 (updated some time this
afternoon)
