Hi If your version of Windows 7 is Enterprice or Ultimate, and you only have the standard Jaws license, than you cannot register, because these versions needs pro license of Jaws. You ust also be sure, that you have upgrades in your license, while you have inserted the disk for Jaws 10, and if this is the last version you have license for, than you must upgrade first.
