[plasma-integration] [Bug 472733] Plasma 6 proposal: Swap the placement of the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=472733 --- Comment #16 from Christian (Fuchs) --- If I undeestood this correctly and the order is defined by Qt, this is even trickier, not to say worse. Such a massive change should, if at all, have come with a major version change. If it comes with a Qt change, there is no chance for us to steer when it is shipped, as that would be entirely up with Qt and distro packaging of Qt, which makes me be even more against it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[krita] [Bug 476141] Brush slider is not displaying the actual brush size only on certain brushes
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476141 --- Comment #3 from johnschiefe...@icloud.com --- It also seems that the error is somehow related to the software itself. I deleted the resource folder containing all of the information for the brushes so that krita could reinstall them and maybe could fix the ink pen issue, so I reopen krita, let it reinstall the resource folder but then when I use the ink pen it still has the same problem. I've also deleted and reinstalled the app itself but it also didn't fix the problem. Note: So I also deleted the ink pen brush itself (and of course, couldn't find a way to get it back other than deleting & reinstalling the resource folder). While I was trying to get the ink pen back, I tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times, what's interesting is that the app wasn't back in its default settings, but was as it was when I deleted it. It had the same theme selected, the same ui configurations, and the ink pen brush was still deleted. I have no idea why this is because i'm not a tech genius or anything and also don't know the process behind installing the app (krita) from the krita website, so if someone could explain why this is, that'd be greatly appreciated). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[krita] [Bug 476300] New: Brush outline not fully rendered on cursor movement
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476300 Bug ID: 476300 Summary: Brush outline not fully rendered on cursor movement Classification: Applications Product: krita Version: 5.2.0 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Keywords: regression Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: OpenGL Canvas Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: lynx.mw+...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 162703 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=162703&action=edit Canvas Screenshot taken while moving cursor SUMMARY When the cursor/stylus moves a bit faster, the brush outline is not fully rendered (see attached screenshot). >From my attempts to debug it, it seems the dirty area of the canvas widget lags behind the actual tool outline that gets rendered by one frame. With small curors, the outline basically becomes invisible when moving the cursor fast. As soon as the movement stops, it always seems to render fully though. It is definitely an issue with the partial canvas update, because when I force full canvas redraw in code (as is done when fractional UI scaling is enabled), or use an unpatched Qt, it goes away. This did not happen with 5.1.5, but happens with 5.2.0 and current master (tested appimages and my own builds). [gwenview] [Bug 476299] New: Open containing folder, after selecting multiple images, fails to open a single file dialog window like it use to.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476299 Bug ID: 476299 Summary: Open containing folder, after selecting multiple images, fails to open a single file dialog window like it use to. Classification: Applications Product: gwenview Version: 21.12.3 Platform: openSUSE OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: gwenview-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: m...@marcchamberlin.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Selecting multiple images, then opening the containing folder, use to open a single dialog window showing the selected images highlighted. Now it opens multiple dialog windows each window showing just one of the selected images highlighted. This makes it impossible to do things like renaming the group of selected files using the auto-incrementing file names feature. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Gwenview in a file directory containing multiple image files. 2. Select a number of images to be displayed all at once. 3. Right click on any image shown, and select "Open Containing Folder" OBSERVED RESULT Multiple dialog windows are created, each showing the containing folder, but with only one file highlighted from the set of selected files. EXPECTED RESULT Only one dialog window should be created and opened, showing the files in the containing folder, and with all selected files highlighted. This allows one to treat all of the selected files at once, such as renaming them. This is the way Gwenview has always worked in the past. [krita] [Bug 476298] New: Undo/redo select picker color
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476298 Bug ID: 476298 Summary: Undo/redo select picker color Classification: Applications Product: krita Version: 5.1.5 Platform: Microsoft Windows OS: Microsoft Windows Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Tools Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: mart...@hotmail.fr Target Milestone: --- STEPS TO REPRODUCE (quickly) 1. select Color Sampler Tool with my shortcut (and pick a color) 2. select Freehand Brush Tool with my shortcut ( 1-2 quick brush stokes), 4. repeat 1. 2. a lot 3. undo/redo a lot 4. repeat until it happens OBSERVED RESULT When using undo/redo the brush tool swap to the color sampler. EXPECTED RESULT Undo/redo the brushstrokes keeping the tool I'm using. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hi, I'm using 4 shortcuts for my workflow, all assigned at buttons on my tablet: CTRL+Z (undo) / CTRL+SHIFT+Z (redo) B (select Freehand Brush Tool) / P (select Color Sampler Tool) I deleted all the alternate invocations shortcuts related to the picker color (and even every shortcuts related to CTRL in the Canvas Input Settings). I also, changed my shortcuts and it had no effect. Seems happening less when I using redo. The last bug (crash) I reported is definitively fixed by disabling windows' geolocation ! I like your soft, if you find a solution to this it would be TOTALLY usable ! And if you fix the liquify + undo crash it would be perfect :) Cheers. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
