[krita] [Bug 398339] Gamut mask does not update
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398339 --- Comment #10 from brusheco --- I think i've wasted time with this report,i've never really used vector tools in krita, apologies. I have now successfully used "select shape tool" to do the rotations instead of the transform tool. Will try out the new feature tomorrow. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[krita] [Bug 398339] Gamut mask does not update
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398339 --- Comment #8 from brusheco --- hi anna, where do I find the file, or is it attached to the kra. file?, the one i've made isn't actually for use, I was just testing to see if I could make my own. When I made the mask I didn't use the canvas transform, I used (ctrl t) transform too. It seems that when you duplicate and edit a mask and save it, the changes aren't actually being saved, only the thumbnail preview. When you create a completely brand new mask and save it works fine. It seems like the future rotation tool will answer my problems -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

However now the original issue is still present, I attached a new video, you can see has I go through the gamut masks, they all update, except for the last one which I created myself. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
[krita] [Bug 398339] Gamut mask does not update
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398339 --- Comment #4 from brusheco --- I should add that this isn't what was happening in the original report, but since i've downloaded a more recent build (g1b50235ce3) for some reason the older build that this report comes (git fb16dc5) produces the exact same bug in the video attached. So there was no way for me to show what was originally happening. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[krita] [Bug 362629] New: Certain Brushes do not behave the same from 2.9 to 3.0
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362629 Bug ID: 362629 Summary: Certain Brushes do not behave the same from 2.9 to 3.0 Product: krita Version: 3.0 Beta Platform: MS Windows OS: MS Windows Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Brush engine Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: ngmstu...@yahoo.co.uk Created attachment 98758 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=98758&action=edit Comparison of brush behaviors 2.9 and 3.0 This has been a problem since the first alpha. I have designed a brush here, the idea is that the stroke will get thinner based on speed. I don't know what else to say other than the brush doesn't behave the same in 3.0 as it does in 2.9. The settings have not been changed between the versions. The first attachment shows how its supposed to behave (2.9) and how it behaves in 3.0. You see how they are nothing alike, The second attachment is the main settings of the brush, so you can build the brush yourself. Under "brush tip", the spacing has "auto" checked, and the space is 0.39. The tip is predefined, but i'm not sure it is already bundled with krita, or if i got it elsewhere. I attached a third image so you can see what the tip looks like (perhaps you can find something similar) I'm using a wacom intuos 2. [krita] [Bug 362627] New: Gradient Usability request
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362627 Bug ID: 362627 Summary: Gradient Usability request Product: krita Version: 3.0 Beta Platform: MS Windows OS: MS Windows Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: usability Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: ngmstu...@yahoo.co.uk Would it be possible to make gradient creation more like blender? Such as: 1. Clicking a "+" button to add a new segment, and a "-" to delete selected segment, or quick-drag to delete. 2. Double click the specific segment in order to launch the color selector/opacity. 3. Being able to grab and swap segments interactively. The whole left/right color selection in my opinion should completely disappear, its quite inefficient. 4. Double click on an existing gradient in the list to edit. (rather than having click an edit button) I think the current interactivity with gradients in krita is a little bit rigid and not the most efficient. Some changes would definitely speed things up. Some devs here have blender on their machine. So if you could open up the uv editor, switch to paint mode, and select "use gradient" you can play around and see how much easier it is to set things up. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

Then when I hit ctrl-z it appears how it should be. I obviously shouldn't have to press ctrl-z here. Hope this was clear, thanks.
