Tried your solution, and yep! Everything's working perfect now, even the
hardware buttons are doing their intended jobs. The only thing I noticed was
that pressure sensitivity wasn't working with that "penwalker" program open
(one of the tablet buttons it by default with this driver) but closing it
cleared it up right up.

Everything's working flawless now, thanks for the help!

 B) Ask them to try work around of Uninstall "PenTablet" driver, reboot
machine, and download/install the Star04 driver from XP-Pen's website
