[krita] [Bug 390936] Add Warning Dialog or option when depth has changed

Nothing in Krita will change your colorspace or channel depth without the user
taking an explicit action. And no, we're not going to popup a dialog "You're
converting to CMYK, are you sure that you understand what CMYK is and what it
is for? Please read the manual first!".

So, if I save to .kra, I will know I have made a mistake? Yes, people are
supposed to know what they're doing, but I don't think it'd be a bad idea to
have some sort of note like [Bit-Depth Changed;Converted to CMYK] in the title
or something with exclamation mark. Converting to CMYK reduces color info, and
changing to lower depth destroys info.

Warning dialogs are seldom read by the user. We do warn when saving to a format
that doesn't support all the features the user has used in the document, but
will not warn when doing somethign destructive. You're supposed to know what
you're doing.
