Since the first problem is manageble, I'll mark this as duplicate with 390642
as it is the same bug.

ok, first problem only happens once in a while, not much of a problem anymore
(in later kita version and later driver)

2nd problem still happens. It is resolved by taking the pen from the screen and
back.

Hi Edward,

The first is probably a problem with the driver of your drawing tablet. Which
brand are you using? The second I wouldn't know, I haven't seen such a thing on
my macbook pro.
