Another oops happened just now. Attaching the file. Another reason for incomplete traces might also be that this host is running as a node in a pacemaker cluster where it is stonithed once it becomes unresponsive (STONITH happened at Sep 14 21:36:01 to 21:36:04 though) ** Attachment added: "oops2.txt" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1225490/+attachment/3821135/+files/oops2.txt -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1225490 Title: BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request at 0001 Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: I encountered an kernel oops running 3.11.0-7-generic #13-Ubuntu SMP Tue Sep 10 20:55:38 UTC 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux under Debian Squeeze 6.0.7 amd64 on an Opteron barebone. [Kernel-packages] [Bug 1225490] Re: BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request at 0000000100000000
I'm running the Ubuntu kernel on Debian Squeeze where apport is not available. However, i can report that kernel 3.2.0-0.bpo.4-amd64 3.2.46-1~bpo60+1 from Debian Squeeze Backports does not generate this issue. (The above settings are applied there too). Might be related to Bug #1225494. ** Changed in: linux (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1225490 Title: BUG: unable to handle kernel paging request at 0001 Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: I encountered an kernel oops running 3.11.0-7-generic #13-Ubuntu SMP Tue Sep 10 20:55:38 UTC 2013 x86_64 GNU/Linux under Debian Squeeze 6.0.7 amd64 on an Opteron barebone.
