[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 145213] New: Table Of Linked images getting displayed corrupted
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=145213 Bug ID: 145213 Summary: Table Of Linked images getting displayed corrupted Product: LibreOffice Version: 7.1.6.2 release Hardware: All OS: All Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: col...@nxtgn.com I have documents stored as a .docx documents, they were created by Libre Office. The documents have a table of 3 colums by 4 rows, this is the template for a sheet of labels. This is used to print out sheets of postage labels. In many fields in the table there is a link to an image which fills that field, by changing the images and opening the document I can generate a new sheet of address labels. This works fine in Libre Office Writer in release 7.0.6 in release 7.1.6 opening the same document the contents of tables are displaying corrupted, the images are not in the right fields, they are stacked up in one or two fields or in completely the wrong field. I removed Libre Office 7.1.6 and reinstalled 7.0.6 and this works fine again. I would rather not have to recreate the documents for 7.1.6 as there are 120 documents with up to 10 image links in each one. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=145212 Bug ID: 145212 Summary: Base, Form, Combobox element retains wrong data after a multiple violation of foreign key constraint Product: LibreOffice Version: 7.0.6.2 release Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Linux (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Base Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: intmai...@gmail.com Description: The Combobox element retains wrong data which not exists in the foreign key constraint. An user may be troubled to choose the right data after making many mistakes (he did or others did). The combobox should display only data in foreign key constraint and forget inappropriate data. Steps to Reproduce: 1- Create a Push Button element to save the updated line. Properties is "Action ... Refresh form" 2- The form properties is set to always point to a fixed line of the table (this is my case). Set "Filter" to do this. 3- Create a combobox , set "Type of list contents ... SQL" then set "List content ..." 4- From keyboard, insert many wrong data followed each time by pushing the Push button --> error message box appears each time because of foreign key violation. 5- Check the combobox by dropdown it --> all wrong data remains in it 6- Close the form , re open the form --> wrong data disappears from the combobox Actual Results: Inappropriate data remains (not permanently) in the combobox Expected Results: Display only data according to foreign key constraint Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: Version: 7.0.6.2 Build ID: 144abb84a525d8e30c9dbbefa69cbbf2d8d4ae3b CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.19; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: fr-FR (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: threaded -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

So the new engine might uncovered pre-existing bug (or made it more prominent) No clue if the 'quote' glyph being some way different processed compared to other symbols. The highlighting text parts causing shifts is more common problem. I blamed it on 'RSID' at bug 140161 (see also the see also there). Except the quotation marks being affected since 5.3.0 (and pretty easy to reproduce) Deleting the 'l' causing spacing the change is bit surprising to me. Normally it starts with 'font color/highlighting' But the whole text rendering is beyond my understanding (glyphs/ text portions, RSID) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

Same crash with LO 3.3.0, and with OOo 2.4.3. If you open the file in read-only mode, it switches successfully in loop: green rectangle -> Lorem ipsum box -> black arrow in front of the green rectangle -> green rectangle again ... [Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 144999] Writer Navigator: Add a toggle button to Expand entries / Show only top-level items
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144999 --- Comment #4 from David --- I think that implementing individual tracking toggles for bug 145132 could provide a solution for what is being asked for here (though not as a single button). These have already been implemented for outlines, tables, and sections. I think that a persistent toggle setting for each category is probably a better solution overall than a single button that enables/disables tracking for all categories at the same time. Tracking may be wanted for one category and not the others. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

Please look at the video enclosed here to > verify: > The Navigation toolbar (and corresponding backward/forward controls on the Navigator in 'Recency' mode) are a special multi-reference movement (as implemented for GSOC 2009 and brought in for bug 32869, and reworked as described in bug 115817). Still open against Navigation TB (navmgr) are bug 54412 is open for cross-reference bug 74604 is open for hyperlinks both of which are at issue here. But neither Navigation (navmgr) nor Navigator (in Recency mode) work consistently for a multi-window editing that many workflows would need. An issue of supporting navigation when working with split-windows/multi-windows is a valid enhancement. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 145206] New: numbering paragraphs resets after pasting table
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=145206 Bug ID: 145206 Summary: numbering paragraphs resets after pasting table Product: LibreOffice Version: 7.2.1.2 release Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Linux (All) Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: Writer Assignee: libreoffice-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: m...@ludshottcomputing.com Created attachment 175818 --> https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?id=175818=edit example doc in which to paste a table from another doc 1. I have a document with some paragraphs numbered using the auto incrementing. 2. I create a new blank document and create an empty table. 3. I select the table and copy it to the clipboard. 4. I paste this table into the original document between any of the numbered paragraphs. It resets the numbering sequence which now starts again after the table at the number 1. If I simply insert a new table from within the original numbered para doc then the numbering sequence is not changed. This is the expected behaviour. I've attached an example (paranumberingtest.odt) in which to paste an empty table. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
