I was also looking for this style/class, I checked in CTAN (and it's different mirror sites) without success, no newsltr.sty. Is it correctly spelled or is it part of another package? Raymond

Newsletter with Lyx
Does anybody know of a newsletter layout/class that will support things like: vol#, no#; banner headlines; date in the header; sidebars; boxed text and balanced columns.
