That's not apparent at all. In fact, it is quite clearly NOT what I see,
which is that "Date Sent" is the message Date header adjusted to the
local zone, while "Date Received" is the time and date in the most
recent Received header adjusted to the local zone.

Can I specify the date & time sent, shown in my time zone?

If your time is set correctly, it already does this. Benny explained
some of how dates are handled here:

MM already DOES show dates adjusted to the local zone.

One thing that may explain what you're seeing is that MM tracks 2
different timestamps: "Date Sent" and "Date Received." "Date Sent" is
the message Date header, adjusted to the local zone, while "Date
Received" is derived from the time and date in the most recent Received
header.

MailMate should already show you dates in your own time zone (in the
Date Received column). If this does not happen then it's a bug. Tell my
your time zone and forward an example (you can use “Help ▸ Send
Feedback” and simply drag an example into the message).

Maybe. However, I have "default" settings as well. The only difference
is that I've chosen "English" as the language, but "Norway" as the
region.

The problem goes away by making small adjustments to MM, so I guess the
issue is "solved". (-:

It does not look like that for me and I have not changed the related
code. There is quite a bit of code involved in doing the date-format
changes needed when resizing the date column (shorter formats used for
narrower columns). Maybe your settings and the code for this in MailMate
does not play well together?

Hi,

Just noticed that my "Date" column seemed a bit off [1][2]. Is this
"intended" behavior? I know that MM use the date-style selected in the
Region-settings within OS X, but it still seems a bit weird it should
display it like this?
