Shaun, There should be no problem with 1.4 opening your 1.3 data file. First make sure you duplicate the original 1.3 file and rename it, then open that duplicate file in 1.4. This gives you a nice clean backup on top of the one MoneyWell makes. If this doesn't work, please send your 1.3 file to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and I'll see if I can convert it for you.
