Job Title: OnBase Administrator
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Duration: 12 Months

DOC & PBPP require the services of a Hyland OnBase System Administrator to
support Parole OnBase implementation. This administrator will be
responsible to provide day to day application administration and
maintenance, as well as support PBPP in our effort to migrate more parole
processes from papber-based records to electronic records. This OnBase
System Administrator will both maintain PBPP’s existing OnBase solutions
and continually refine the ability to recognize when and how PBPP’s
solutions should evolve to meet the needs of growing and changing business.
This OnBase System Administrator will also serve as the principal point of
contact for all hardware, database software and application software that
interacts with or supports the OnBase solutions. Experience with OnBase
development and workflow design and engineering will be highly desired.
Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) is highly desired and
Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) would be a plus.

Specific Duties:
Served as the main technical lead with PBPP’s Hyland OnBase solutions.
Maintain and support the operation of the OnBase solutions.
Support installation of the solution.
Facilitate changes to the application utilizing OnBase Configurator.
Assist with testing and migration of OnBase changes on development, SIT,
UAT and Production environments.
Develop and/or assist with the development of appropriate test strategies,
test plans and scripts, and related documentation.
Assist in the creation of test plans and perform functional, regression,
and integration associated with changes made to OnBase as part of the
Service Delivery Program.
Document defects and review, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve OnBase
software issues reported during testing
Work with Hyland Software for technical support as needed.
Conduct and/or assist with quality assurance/control activities, including
software testing and quality reviews of requirements, test plans, design
specifications, and code.
Provide OnBase and OnBase custom integration technical support to Customer.
e.g. assisting testers, etc.
Provide documentation to Customer of changes performed to OnBase Workflow
configurations and conduct knowledge transfer of developed work units to
technical staff.
Assist with discovery and documentation of business requirements for OnBase
solutions.
Validate technical specifications and infrastructure requirements with the
OnBase solution engineer.
Assist with end user training.
Responding to questions concerning product capabilities.
Planning future growth of the OnBase solutions within PBPP.
Other duties necessary to support OnBase solutions.

Job Title: OnBase Administrator

OnBase Developer/ system administrator implementing and supporting imaging,
workflow, work view and various other OnBase related technologies.
Programming  custom scripting desired.

Skills should include:
VB scripting (desired)
HTML knowledge (desired)
OnBase E-form development
Windows Server administration
OnBase ECM product knowledge (OnBase certification preferred)
Project Management experience
Ability to provide expertise in developing ECM applications and automated
solutions.
Ability to resolve technical defects and respond to technical inquiries
Ability to create and/or provide input to create comprehensive workflow
designs within the ECM system including definition of requirements, system
design (general and detailed), application development, testing, training,
and implementation.  Plans include detailed Work Breakdown Structures and
target start/end dates, estimated hours, necessary resources, task
dependencies, milestones, etc.
Ability to work with others establishing  facilitating meetings. Helps to
identify meeting objectives, plans agendas, and ensures ground rules are
maintained, meeting objectives are met, and minutes are documented.
Ability to conduct timely and thorough technical research and analysis of
specialized technical applications, products, and tools.
Ability to participate in work sessions to gather business and technical
requirements.
Ability to design internal solutions and external system interface
mechanisms, including appropriate application of techniques and standards
such as service-oriented architecture, web services, etc.
Ability to develop conceptual system designs and implement strategies
utilizing specialized applications, products, and tools
Ability to perform highly complex technical development, configuration,
implementation, and support tasks including programming, testing and
maintenance of specialized applications, solutions and products (such as,
Document Imaging, Automated Workflow, e-Forms, Automated Correspondence,
Business Rules Management, etc.)   Ability to ensure all programming and
configuration work is functional with no unexpected results encountered to
prepare for integration and acceptance testing.

OnBase Administration experience Required 5 Years
OnBase Workflow experience Required 5 Years
Experience supporting and troubleshooting OnBase Required 5 Years
OnBase Certification Desired 5 Years
Experience with OCR and/or OCR integration with OnBase  Nice to have 2 Years
