Hello Aidan, hope the below works with the security suite. press f5 when the Eset anti-virus program is open. . the top item is computer, arrow right three times, then down to the sixth item which is file exclutions. I don't know if excluding tappin items will help, with your original problem, this could be a red herring. You could always telephone aspect systems for help, in the uk, 01 202 54 . That will depend on how accessible that thing is, like most of them its quite tricky as its not always easy to access the virus chest. I've still never gotten a response from Tapin Radio regarding this issue. I have had to stop using the program because I don't even have an original list of stations from when I installed it.
