They basically said the site hasn't been properly updated in a year and go get it quick if you want the last version before it goes away. The Verge and Tech crunch both are reporting it although I couldn't find it either. tech Crunch has AOL as it's parent company but still gave a surprisingly honest article about how AOL mismanaged winamp after it took it over or it could have been as good as iTunes. They basically said the site hasn't been properly updated in a year and go get it quick if you want the last version before it goes away.
