Waterford did early Rivs like the Road Standard and came back in the picture a few years ago. Rams, Roms, and Salukis along with Quickbeam many Atlanti were from Japan in betweeen, including the orange model in in the OP's link. An occasional Waterford is always possible in a run of Rivbikes. I wouldn't doubt the seller's information without contacting him first.
