[rt-users] create child ticket
Following up my previous non-answered post. Are there any other tools out there that lets the user easily create a subticket, preferably in another thread? -- regards, Robin ___ http://lists.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rt-users Community help: http://wiki.bestpractical.com Commercial support: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Discover RT's hidden secrets with RT Essentials from O'Reilly Media. [rt-users] CreateChildTicket
Hi, I found this on the wiki, but I'm not sure on I how I should integrate this in my RT setup. We are using RT 3.4, any hints? http://wiki.bestpractical.com/index.cgi?CreateChildTicket -- regards, Robin ___ http://lists.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rt-users Community help: http://wiki.bestpractical.com Commercial support: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Discover RT's hidden secrets with RT Essentials from O'Reilly Media. Re: [rt-users] Emails in html format
On 7/5/06, Marie Gellbäck [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Hello, Hi, But I would like to customize the setup in some ways to make the system look more like our other services. That is why I would like to customize the messages sent from RT. The emails should contain images as well as different colours if it is possible, so that is why I would like to send the emails in html format instead of in plain text. RT forces Content-Type: text/plain in SendEmail.pm (or something like that). What I did was to remove this in an overlay and move the content-type header into the template. Somehow, templates without content-type header still recevies the header somewhere so that wasn't a problem for us either. -- regards, Robin ___ http://lists.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rt-users Community help: http://wiki.bestpractical.com Commercial support: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Discover RT's hidden secrets with RT Essentials from O'Reilly Media. [rt-users] Sending multipart text/html or just html
Hi, I'd like to send text/html-multipart mail or even just html mail on outoing correspondence, but something seems to force the content-type header into text/plain. Any ideas how to solve it or what I'm doing wrong? -- regards, Robin ___ http://lists.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rt-users Community help: http://wiki.bestpractical.com Commercial support: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Discover RT's hidden secrets with RT Essentials from O'Reilly Media. [rt-users] IsPassword?
Hi, I'd like to add radius as a password verification method, and based on our radius solution it seems to be better to make this check inside RT. Is IsPassword the correct method to override? Also, we'd like to be able to set on a user whether he should use radius or database password, how can I configure that on a user? I found a database field on Users called AuthSystem, is that used for anything? Doesn't seem to be able to edit that field easily. I also thought about adding a user custom field, but I'm not sure how to retrieve that information on a user. -- regards, Robin ___ http://lists.bestpractical.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rt-users Community help: http://wiki.bestpractical.com Commercial support: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Discover RT's hidden secrets with RT Essentials from O'Reilly Media.
