Re: [biofuel] What's your "20"

hrmm, being in the service at one time in comm, for us it was "copy you
5-by". More in the light of "can you here and understand me?". ;-)

Sure, if that ever happens - I guess it will.

She's my wife, partner, friend, colleague, and co-founder of Journey
to Forever. She was the original owner of this list. She started it,
and handed it over to me later when she got too involved in other
aspects of the project. She's the one sitting on the hood of the Land
Rover on our home page:

There's a close-up of her here with my all-time best friend, Jake:

We were in Tokyo at first, an amazing city, most impressive big city I've
lived in, but we both much prefer Osaka. Midori partly because she's from
this area - Hiroshima, quite nearby, but I think mainly because it's more
laid back here than Tokyo. There's a long-standing rivalry between Tokyo
and Osaka. Osaka used to be the capital, now Tokyo is. They don't really
approve of each other, but they're too Japanese-polite to say so, LOL!

Your "20" short for 10-20 (most have heard of "Roger, 10-4) term
used by one radio operator asking another "where on the map are you??",
since a radio mounted in an automobile could be "anywhere". I thought it
appropriate ... since with the 'net, it's not always obvious where "every

Yes. It's quite a place. I've wanted to come here all my life, never
got sent here on commission when I was working South East Asia
(different beat), and now that I am here I'm too bloody busy to pay
it nearly as much attention as I'd like. But that should change soon,
I hope.

We were in Tokyo at first, an amazing city, most impressive big city
I've lived in, but we both much prefer Osaka. Midori partly because
she's from this area - Hiroshima, quite nearby, but I think mainly
because it's more laid back here than Tokyo. There's a long-standing
rivalry between Tokyo and Osaka. Osaka used to be the capital, now
Tokyo is. They don't really approve of each other, but they're too
Japanese-polite to say so, LOL!

We should be able to leave in the spring, I think. Big job, lots to
do, takes time.

"20"?

Keith
