Comment (by mustan9):

 Sorry, I was incorrect.
 Looks like all imports from plugin vendors are broken.
 This also isn't work.
 App::import('Vendor','gems.htmlsax');
 I've been looking at the changes to the configure.php file, and can't see
 what broke this?

 When using Cake RC2 the following import worked.

App::import(array('type'=>'Vendor','name'=>'gems.magpierss','file'=>'rss_fetch.inc'))

 This should load the "rss_fetch.inc" file from the vendors folder
 "magpierss" under the plugin "gems".

 In RC3 this is no longer working.

 Appears to me that when "file" is defined as an option App ignores the
 plugin as the vendor source, because my other imports without the "file"
 option work fine.
