#1326113 is about Flash support in Oxide/Webapp container. If you install adobe-flashplugin you should have flash support in Chromium, it works on 15.04. I'll have to check for 16.04. It was a brand new install, trust daily from the 28th January. The extension package that came with the daily is 2.4.8+13.10.20130920-0ubuntu1. The extension that only handles installs is 3.0.0. At least in part this problem is caused by the DOM changing and the webapp no longer looking for the correct content.
