If you receive the message about port configuration you are in one of the two
following cases:
- either STUN answred too late; try ekiga 4.0.0 which fixes this
- or you are behind a symmetric NAT, and in this case we cannot do anything for
you. In this case, a proxy is needed, and ekiga does not have one. Audio
proxies exist on Internet. See

So closing as WONTFIX.
