[Bug 1526038] Re: i can't reinstalle linux
Your disk drive has errors and may need to be replaced. You should check the SMART health status of the drive for more details. You can do this in the disks utility. ** Changed in: ubiquity (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1526038 Title: i can't reinstalle linux To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/+bug/1526038/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1526038] Re: i can't reinstalle linux
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We noticed that you were installing the LTS version of Ubuntu using an older version of the installation media. The latest point release of 14.04 is 14.04.3. Please try installing from that version of the installation media and see if that resolves your issue. Thanks in advance! [This is an automated message.
