Peux tu te connecter sur le port sieve (2000 pour cyrus) ? 
essaie #telnet machineovh 2000
voir si ton port est bien ouvert

I don't know OVH.
Does it support sieve?
Does it have a managesieve API?

Did you give sogo the sieve admin credentials?
Did you enable sieve in sogo.conf?
Did you enable vacation in sogo.conf?
