Re: Pandora Music app accessibility with VoiceOver
I use the free version of pandora, the one with limited skips and all of the adds. It works just fine for me, no sound quality issues. I have noticed that it is a little less accessible with the recent updates. I used to be able to scroll through my station list and double tap the station I wanted and and pandora would start playing that station. However, with the recent update, I can no longer do this. Instead, I have to find the alphebet directory thing near the top of the screen do a vertical swipe to the letter my desired station is under and then slide my fingers on the screen til I hear the station I want and then the double tap works to activate the station. Other than that, the app works great. I use it all the time. > On Feb 17, 2020, at 1:08 PM, Cristóbal Muñoz wrote: > > > I don’t know why, but whenever I send a message to this group, the last > paragraph never appears. > Anyway, what didn’t get sent was my asking if others have the same opinion on > the Pandora Music app or I’m perhaps missing something and there’s maybe an > easier way to interact with the app? > > Hello list, > So, the three month premium trial I was on with Spotify is ending. I use Pandora on the Echo devices. I listen to Mandisa Radio. I think that is the best station on Pandora. I let it play all day and all night. When I am out, I let it play. Re: Pandora Music app accessibility with VoiceOver
When I tried the Pandora app on my iPad Mini 4 a while back, it seemed very accessible. I deleted it. I was willing to put up with either a somewhat degraded sound quality or ads, but the Pandora app was giving me both, so I dumped it. Re: Pandora Music app accessibility with VoiceOver
I think its pretty accessible. I got a one month trial version. I think I just might pay $5 per month for the full version as you can skip as much as you want. When it comes to skipping tracks, I usually use a bluetooth speaker, or set of bluetooth headphones. There is a back button at the top of the screen and if you double tap that button, you can then go through a list of your stations. Sometimes if I double tap on a station I want it doesn't always work. Besides from that annoying issue, it works very well.
