Re: [WISPA] POE Surge Protectors
The question is... Where do you plan to ground it? PacWireless POE w/ built-in Surge are great, if you are going to ground from the POE. But if not, the Canopy 300SS Surge Protectors for $25, let you put the break anywhere you want. For example, and the transition from outdoor to indoor, also serving the purpose where cable needs to be converted from PVC to Plenum to meet code in commerical buildings. The Canopy protectors supprot up to 30-35V DC. Re: [WISPA] POE Surge Protectors
We have a number of items. We have 18 and 48 volt POE Injectors with Surge Suppression and both 18 and 48 volt Citel Surge Suppressors, (these work GREAT). The Citels we have some images of customers with melted citels and cat5 cables going to them, then they replace the cable and plug the 532 back in, and bingo, fires right up. I put a POE Injector with Surge at the bottom of the tower and then a citel in the box with my 532s. You can give me a call if you need something like that.. 314-735-0270 x 103 Dennis On 8/31/07, Tom DeReggi [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: The question is... Where do you plan to ground it?
