When selecting a PDF converter, you need to check a couple of things.
1. How well does the converter preserve the original formatting of the
source document.
2. Does the converter use markup to render items such as headings?
I have used Cute PDF writer. It does preserve the format of
from which particular format do you want your reports to be converted
into PDF? or in other words, your reports are in which format?

To use this, open the file that has to be converted in whatever
application you normally open it in (eg; .doc with Ms word). Hit
control+p to print. From the options given choose CutePDFWriter. Its
fairly easy to use.

I need to convert some of my reports in pdf format. I used to do that
by doing save as and selecting pdf format.
However, since i’ve got my new lap top that option is not appearing at
all. My colleague suggested me to install Du pdf convertor and then
only I would get pdf format option in save
