Both os-prober and linux-boot-prober do not support root, boot, or
root+boot on a btrfs subvolume.
The attached patch corrects that. It supplies information such that
grub2, with an additional small patch, will not handle btrfs in
30_os-prober.

this is true. i have had experience with this bug report content. that
it wont connect and hangs.the icon it shows is a key and if you
highlight this icon it said waiting for authorization and nothing never
pops up telling me anything
