In the previous debdiff I erroneously applied dh-autoreconf, which is
unnecessary. In fact only dh_autotools-dev_*config should be applied. This
updated debdiff accomplishes that.

Hi all, attached is a debdiff against the current sid source package. It
was recently uploaded to Ubuntu 14.04 and built successfully.
Upstream 3.4rc1 does not appear to have any arm-related changes for this
build failure.
