I migrated one of my problematic servers over to buster + docker-ce it
looks very promising:
My mastodon service is running for over 2 hours including its
healthchecks enabled. It never made that much.
So to sum things up: there is something differnt with the docker.io
package's swarm mode

Unfortunately, I was to fast, the workaround does not work so I had to
go back on 4.14, but i am sure that you can copy the stuff together. I
