twitter.py already use json if it found, so I'll test and remove
python-simplejson from dependencies.
However, t.py and twitter_test.py are not provided in the binary package. I
won't apply this patch.

We can build it on Hurd with your patch.
However I can't test that picprog works fine. It uses a serial port, but it's
difficult to use on virtual machine (like qemu).
I want more informations about picprog on GNU/Hurd.
