I can confirm this bug, here is what I see.
I tried to create the id3v2 tag using kid3 (both v3 and v4, using
utf-8) but it did not show properly in "id3v2 -l", so I created it
using id3v2.
$ id3v2 -l Svaty\ Vincent\ -\ 02\ -\ Rikaji\ o\ mne\,\ ze\ jsem\ blazen.mp3
