Hi,
I can confirm the degradation of some web pages after the latest
fonts-wine update.
Doing a quick search I found, among others, the issues below, which seem
related to the problem:

I tested Firefox, Chrome and Konqueror. The problem is not a browser but a
broken Tahoma Bold font. You can also check it in KDE

You're referring to a particular web browser I assume, which one?

Dear Maintainer,
Moving ttf fonts to /usr/share/fonts breaks webpage rendering. Problem is
Tahoma Bold, which is not bold, it looks like regular version.
